- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
- The reservation must be paid, within 2 working days. You have to send the receipt of the deposit immediately in order for your reservation to be confirmed.
- 14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your room is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

- Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
- We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
- Cancellation requests received less than 21 days will receive no refund.
- 'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
- If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOT receive a refund.
- Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
- Daily cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios.
- Linens are changed every three days, and towels every second day, unless you request otherwise.
- We do not accept pets
- Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
